Brand Ambassador/Retail/Customer Service

The Brand Ambassador will: 
· Educate and coach retail sales force about the products key features and service offerings
· Generate in-store buzz through passion and engagement of our client’s products
· Offer product setup for customers on-site.
· Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
· Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumer buying experience
· Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
· Maintain working knowledge of all products in order to be a subject matter expert
· Engage consumers and share key messages about our client’s new product offering
· Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers

Qualifications 
· Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology products
· Knowledge of current and pre-existing tablet technologies, understand qualities and benefits of these products
· 1 – 2 years of retail sales experience is a plus (preferably in consumer facing roles)
· Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills
· Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information
· Independent and motivated team player
· Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material
· Able to stand comfortably
· Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office a plus

Purpose:
If you’re looking to further or even just get your foot in the door in marketing, then working as a graduate or trainee marketing executive will get you involved in all aspects of a marketing business. There are many opportunities available to you, including the chance to learn, grow and develop. You will be working in the events sector, focused on live and experiential marketing campaigns.

Duties: 
Your responsibilities can vary, depending on the size of the account you are working on and sector, and whether the focus is on selling a product, service or more focused on raising awareness.

Skills/Qualifications: 
As well as relevant work experience and/or education you should be someone who displays:
· Strong consumer and product awareness
· Good organisational and planning skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong IT skills
· Good knowledge of marketing techniques
· Self-motivation
· The ability to be a team player.

Purpose:

You will be working in the events industry, focused on live and experiential marketing campaigns.

Duties: 
· Work with your peers to plan and direct the work of the organisation.
· Help set policies.
· Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to leadership, man management, goal setting, interview techniques.
· Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
· Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments.
· Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
· Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
· Attend periodic evaluations.
· Achieve a passing score in all areas of the business development program in order to continue in the program.
· Participate with management in interviewing, hiring, and training
· Use company reports to analyse sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
· Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
· Work with management to develop and implement actions to protect assets and profitability.
